Everything you need to know before you order — and after.

Shipping

Free standard shipping on orders over $100 — applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.

International delivery times don't include time spent in customs, which is outside our control. Any duties or import taxes are set by your country and paid by you at delivery.

Processing & tracking

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. As soon as yours ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Packaging

Every order ships plastic-free, in a compostable cornstarch mailer. The bag protecting your garment inside is compostable too. Responsibility doesn't stop at the product.

And every order plants a tree — even the ones you send back.

Returns — please read this before you order

We do returns differently, and you deserve to know how before you check out, not after.

You have 14 days from delivery to send something back. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and tagged.

Return shipping is on you — unless you're exchanging, in which case we cover the trip back to you.

Here's the part that's unusual: if you return or exchange any item from an order, the rest of that order becomes final sale. Order three tees, send one back, and the other two are locked in. It keeps our inventory tight and our operations honest.

So order with intention. Check the size guide, take your time, and buy the pieces you actually want to keep.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We've got you. Start an exchange and we'll cover shipping on the replacement back to you. Same 14-day window, same condition rules — unworn, unwashed, tagged.

How to start a return or exchange

1. Email us at hello@koleana.com with your order number and what you'd like to do.

2. We'll send back instructions and, for exchanges, a prepaid label for the return trip to you.

3. Pack your item up — reuse the original mailer if you can.

4. Once it reaches us and passes a quick condition check, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 business days, or send your exchange on its way.
